We can provide cost effective, flexible administrative support to suit your business demands.  This enables you to spend more valuable time with clients.

What are the financial advantages for me in using a virtual office assistant?
There are a number of financial advantages as you only pay for the hours worked and not a full-time salary. There is no tax, NI, holiday or sick pay, recruitment or training costs. In addition, Momentum Business Services can offer you an out-of-hours admin service beyond normal office hours if required.


What type of services do you offer?

What if I need work done outside of office hours?
Momentum Business Services can be flexible due to working remotely, which enables us to work inside or outside of normal office hours.


How do you ensure client confidentiality?
We never disclose any client information without the client’s consent.  All work undertaken is produced on equipment with built-in security measures, including anti-virus, anti-malware, firewalls, passwords etc.  All work is treated as confidential and personal business details will be kept on file.  All electronic information will be retained for a maximum of 12 months after which it will be deleted.  If required, a confidentiality agreement will be signed.

How do we get the work to you?
You can use any suitable method to send work to Momentum Business Services including post, email, courier, collection etc.  Work is completed within the agreed timescales and returned to you for approval.


Do I need to provide anything?
Everything we need is here in our office.  However if you wish to use your own letterhead stationery then you will need to provide this.


What methods of payment can I use?
Momentum Business Services will provide a detailed invoice on a weekly basis with payment being due within 10 days by BACS transfer or cheque.


Is a deposit required?
We offer two different packages to clients. One is a fixed fee and is available for one-off projects. For this kind of work we would request a 50% deposit with the remainder being payable on completion. We also offer an hourly rate package for which we do not charge a retainer fee so you only pay for the services required.


Are there any hidden charges?
All courier costs, postage, stationery, printing, telephone calls and travel will be charged at cost, in addition to the fixed fee or hourly rate.  All clients are made aware of what costs will be incurred and these will be detailed on invoices.


How many hours must I sign up for?
We ask for a minimum of 1 hour but we do prefer clients to sign up for a number of hours which they intend to use within a month.  This ensures that we have adequate time to complete tasks reflected by the size of the project.

How is time tracked?
Our time is billed in 15 minute increments.  There is a minimum charge of 1 hour for any work carried out.


What geographical area do you cover?
As a virtual business there are no limits as to the area covered by Momentum Business Services.  We undertake assignments from all around the UK & internationally.
